All orders are processed for online shipping. Local delivery is not available.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3 days using Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fee is free. We endeavour to cut the costs of shipping to make our products accessible to low income earners. If shipping costs occur in your check-out cart, please contact shop@mindfulmobwellness.com with your name, cart order and address.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free flat rate shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following continents: Asia, Europe, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, United States of America, South America, Africa and the Middle East.

At this time, we do not ship to Antarctica.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mindful Mob Wellness and Coaching is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@mindfulmobwellness.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
